Return Policy
Strictly no return/exchange. In cases where the items delivered does not conform with the items ordered, CaFI Beans will replace the item and shoulder the shipping fee provided the following are met:
- Item is not opened (for Food, and Coffee Beans)
- Item is in complete packaging together will the accessories (For Equipment/Accessories)
- Official and delivery receipt can be provided
- Item is ship back within 7 days from date of receipt
